Paul Polizzi, owner and operator of Westlynn Bakery, has been proudly serving the North Shore Community since 2014. “Our main goal, “ he stresses, “is affordability and quality. We are passionate about baking so we want to provide the best products to everyone in our community."

At the crack of dawn each morning, a small army of talent bakes up a storm inside this friendly neighbourhood ship. The result is a wide selection of freshly baked breads, including the recent addition of sourdough artisan breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, pies, sausage rolls and much more.

”I have 26 wonderful staff so it’s more than a bakery — this is a little industry,” says Paul with a smile. “Our customers come from all over the Lower Mainland — it’s pretty amazing.  I am really excited about my plans to bring even more products to the customers. “
