I bought what was supposed to rib eyes. When I took them home and unwrapped them, they were bright red as if they had been dyed and fell apart when cooked. It was apparent meat glue was used as I have watched videos on meat glue and rib eyes shouldnt ever fall apart like it did. I have bought rib eye from nesvogs and they never ever fall apart so another tell-tale sign. Tried to get the refund like they promised but they told me if i dont like it go elsewhere and refused to refund me. Not happy

Wonderful little ...

Wonderful little grocery store! The produce is fresh fresh fresh, unlike some of the other local markets where things are past their best before by the time you get it home! The staff is friendly and helpful. The fish and meat counter are great as is the bakery. Try their brownies - to die for!

It is the end of September and the BC apple crop is great. Except these guys only sell New Zealand apples that must be 6 months old. Very dissapointing
