WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!(Richmond location). Unprofessional and arrogant staff who are only trying to make money. If you have a scheduled appointment, do not count on it being at that time. You most likely will have to wait 2 hours until they have a hoist available, even if you have an appointment. Money is more important to this company than customer experience. Save yourself money and go somewhere with BETTER staff who will not try to make money off your car.

These guys are amazing, brings your faith back in mechanics! We got back from vacation and our 2009 Malibu would not start. We called Big O and they took the best care of us. Thanks Kerry Smith you and your team are amazing!!

Terrible customer service, poor quality service

Went in for something done and it cost about 4 times as much as quoted because of issues they had. They weren't able to complete the job and I had to go back 3 separate times to get everything finished. The customer service also fell flat, I had to call them to get things in motion, it seemed that once they had my money they could care less about me. The car still doesn't seem right, probably balancing issues. I will never go back.

I went in to fix my steering alignment. They spent hours finding me the best priced part and afterwards helped me to replace a headlight that had gone out for no extra charge. Great bunch of guys there!
