RUDEST PERSON I EVER MET! I took two pairs of sandals for repair (Bernie Mev) not cheap just needed as little bit of tender care in the heal area, destroyed both sandals, asked for pre payment because he knows he will screw up in the repair. My goodness he should get out of the business because he has forgotten about his trade. He is a bully behind a counter, and yelled at me when I asked him to do something about the mess they were in ... he yelled at me and told me to get out.

I brought my shoes to get new soles and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I picked them up he polished them and they look new again. Very happy with the workmanship.

Poor handwork on anything other than shoes

My husband brought in a belt to have an extra hole punched. The hole is crooked and the owner of the store argued that it's perfectly fine. My husband explained to him that it isn't aligned (which is very obvious) and he kept on arguing that it look the same! On another occasion I took my dog's leather harness for this guy to repair. I was very disappointed by his workmanship. Terrible work! I don't recommend this store.
