Best doctor I have ever had.

Has been my doctor for 13 years and I'm very glad to travel from Victoria to Sidney to see him.

Dr. Ambrose Marsh defied our family by refusing to rescind a Do Not Resuscitate order on our parents that he had placed behind our backs. Dr. Marsh over prescribed 12 medications including Seroquel to our elderly parents who had dimentia. Between the Resthaven Lodge in Sydney and Dr. Marsh, our parents could no longer walk or even be woken up. Our parents lives and their quality of life was greatly shortened by the Resthaven Lodge, and this defiant doctor.

Good level of honesty, concern, and empathy. He provides follow up and operates with a sense of urgency. He is a great family doctor and is good with children.

Dr. Marsh is an excellent listener. And the fact that he makes house calls to the Shoal Seniors' Residence is out of this world. His great service means a major load has just been taken off our shoulders, because now we don't have to sort out transportation for our elderly parents.

There is a real problem in this office. The receptionist is unbelievably and unnecessarily rude. I have tried to be compassionate and give her the benefit of the doubt but she has been consistently nasty despite my efforts to be friendly. There is just no excuse to be so hostile all the time. If I were the doctors running that office I would not allow her to have contact with my patients. I am hoping that they read this and perhaps try to help her become a better person.... Or??
