These are very nice people. I needed parts which they were able to get the next day. The price was lower than anything on the net but, I would have been happy to pay much more simply because this is an old fashion store with good people running it.

    I have been deali...

I have been dealing with Al's Vacuum since around 1995 from the Richmond location on to North Van and Surrey store. This family run business has been nothing but fair and good to me and my friends and clients who have all purchased central vacuum systems from them. I have been given free hoses and parts and excellent customer service with my very old Rainbow Rexair. I will go nowhere else but to Troy at the Surrey store. :)

    I bought a Trista...

I bought a Tristar power head that was supposedly refurbished with a new motor and power brush about 7 or 8 months ago. Started making squealing noise after about 3 or 4 hours of use. The bearing was worn out. I took it apart and the manufacture date on the electric motor was July 1986 which is nowhere near new. You do the math. I know things wear out but I feel I was misled and I will be going elsewhere in future.

Hi,i would like to know why you did not bring your power head in for warranty as we give a one year warranty as stated on your bill of sale?A rebuilt power head is exactly as stated REBUILT.Please bring in your power head as we would love to be given a chance to solve your problem. Thanks Troy
