Excellent service given by Kathy and Salma. They made me comfortable throughout the session and had an amazing service.

I called 7 hrs before to schedule the appointment for waxing but associate asked me to come early if possible. When I arrived early, they let me wait for 20 mins and even served their threading customers before me. The guy sitting at the front desk needs to learn some management skills. The associate who served me was really nice and friendly. But the salon lacks management and needs to learn to serve customers on priority or atleast first come first serve basis.

Hi I get my waxing and face wax from Kiran salon. Staff is so friendly Jassi is so good in waxing and so fast I really thankful to her and very true nature. Hardeep is so nice very perfect in eyebrows I always get from her. Thanks Jassi and Hardeep

Giving 5 stars just because of a girl whos working there Anu she was very nyc and friendly she did my eyebrows and waxing she knws her job very well definitely went back just because of you Anu .. And the rest of the staff is very nyc too

Customer service is worst. I arrived at their salon at 6:25pm then i waited for 30 mins because there is only 1 person doing all the stuff. The there’s a lady who came in at almost 7pm and just say I called in for an appointment and the guy receptionist asked what time but the lady just said she has an appointment and never say what time is her appointment and talked in their language. the indian lady who’s doing the threading just accommodated her just like that. So unfair. Dont go here,worst

Hi there. Let me share with you my WORST experience ever. I went to this hair salon yesterday to get blonde highlights. I walked in and asked if she could do them, the owner kiran said yes forsure and said my hair was healthy. I was told they didn't do foil highlights and only did them out of a cap. I agreed and they told me it was not painful. Next thing you know I was tearing up because they felt no need to be gentle with my hair and kept yanking on it. I had asked them to stop and they said that it's too late. After that my hair was bleached and I was put under the dryer. NO ONE checked up on my hair for about 45 minutes and the owner and worker talked amongst themselves. After 45 the owner kiran came to look at my hair and said my hair wasn't going to be blonde because it's too damaged. That's because she burnt off half my hair with the bleach. My hair was up to my tailbone, now it's a little past my shoulders and hair falls out by shreds when I comb it. And on top of that she had the audacity to say my hair was already like this!? Um no, my hair was really healthy, and she decided to burn it all off. Trying to save all you from having to deal with something horrific like this. Oh and the most stupid part she made me pay 150. Do yourself a favour and find a better salon!

Totally runied my hair. Sorry to say! Worst hair stylist I ever came across in my life. Stuck with cap on my head for couple of months now. Thank you very much Kiran's salon for awesomely devastating haircut..... and thanks again for not admitting it and being agressively argumentative. Does not deserve even a single star.
