Excellent customer Service from the team! Rented a truck, and it came with included KM! They have an unadvertised lower rate for their smallest van on weekdays if you need it for just an hour or less.
My realtor raved about this place so husband and I decided to have a look. We found a storage unit for a reasonable price, the unit is ground level which made it so much easier to move our stuff in. Bought some boxes and rented a van as well. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Would highly recommend!
How refreshing! Got upfront pricing when we booked a van for our move and we paid exactly what we were quoted. They also have lots of moving supplies. I've told my friends and fam about this place and would highly recommend. One. Stop. Shop!
One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. Nice on the surface, but wait if they make a mistake. They will show major attitude and say that they are not U-haul - but Sunnyside Storage. Somehow being a franchisee of Uhaul doesn't qualify them as representing U-Haul. Despite being part of the franchise have contempt for Uhaul and don't mind sharing that with the customers. Uhaul corporate resolved the issue nicely and professionally - Sunnyside only provided attitude.

Booked the u-hall truck month in advance for my anticipated move on August 1st, went to pick it up as scheduled, not only the truck was not available at the location of my choice (Sunnyside Self Storage, 15553 24 Ave, Surrey, BC V4A 2J4), the front desk informed me that the truck is not here, there is nothing they can do, and I should just "take a bus to another location", so I did. I rest my case..
