Surrey Place Dental Group Central City Shopping Centre

They refused to do any work on me without my becoming a patient there. I should have been asked over the phone if there were terms and conditions. Took my identification even though no work was done. I wouldn’t return here. How am I supposed to know wether I would even want to be a patient without getting work done?

Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru.

I believe there is no better dental clinic in Surrey than the Surrey Place Dental Group. They are not only having the skillful dentists, but also the welcoming and caring staffs. I feel painless during my treatment. Now I’m much more confident if I have ever needed to put a smile on my face. Thank you so much.

The team at Surrey Place Dental is just absolutely amazing. I've been seeing 3 different doctors there and that's the beauty of this place. Depending on the treatment I need, they would recommend a doctor that specializes in it. The perks of having 8 Dentists working at one location!

Fixed a hockey accident

I broke my front tooth while playing in my hockey league. My old dentist retired, and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. I was in the next morning, swollen lip and all. The dentist was nice, didn't give me a hard time of not wearing a face shield or mouthguard. The older dentist, had his pretty assistant find the right color... couldn't tell I had broken the tooth the night before... sweet.

Looking for a new dentist since my last dentist retired 3 years ago and I had a awful toothache. The girl anwering the phone was able to get me in the same day with one of the dentists, after telling her how much pain I was in. The doc was able to tell me what was up with my tooth and fix it. It felt so much better later. Going back to get the rest of my teeth looked at.

Excellent work and service

I recently visited Surrey Place Dental Group and was very pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. I was immediately greeted very warmly by the receptionists and was promptly seen by the dentist. The office is very inviting, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient. By far the best dental office I've been to, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Unsatisfactory service

i went into Surrey Place Dental Group hoping to do scaling and polishing as booked for but got only x-ray, fluss and examination. One of their dentist who saw me said he was not trained in med school to scale and polish and that that is the job of a dental hygienist! Can you believe that? I got a hefty bill, paid but never got my teeth scaled or polished! When I called to register my discontent the receptionist got defensive and would not let me talk further! i simply hung up. Poor service, bad customer relations!
