Terrible service. Very rude. Management did not even apologize. Will never return.

Went there today for the Saturday special of Prime Rib, asked for it medium, my wifes was very well done, mine was medium, both tough as I have ever had prime rib. The gravy on the side was bitter almost like it was a long time on the stove, the Yorkshire pudding was tough and the potato was old tasting and skin very tough. To top it all off the meal was at best just warm. Very disappointed. This was on 18th of August 2018 about 5pm. Paid the bill and left. So unlike the last meal a couple week
