Terrible Coffee and Hot Chocolate
I often pass by this chain's coffee shops and see those pictures of artsy drawings made right in the cup and thought it would be a great pit stop for my newlyweds-to-be friends as we were looking for a break from the chilly weather as well. 1) I got myself a hot chocolate and I must say this was the most tasteless hot chocolate I've ever had. Very milky, barely any chocolate taste, at all. And it was closer to "lukewarm", nearing cold instead of hot (I drank it right away too...). 2) My friends' coffee art was a total miss (see picture). Nothing like their advertised products. They need to train their baristas better before they actually sell those cups to paying customers 3) Their coffee was so strong that they had to add some milk and the wife-to-be mentioned after that that she was thinking of adding some water as well. She barely could finish it. Very poor experience overall. The ambiance at the coffee shop was dead as well even though it was 80% full. Better avoid this location.
