Booked an appoint...
Booked an appointment on a Saturday morning at 9am, Dr Brandon Cross didn't turn up, tried calling the practice mobile phone number 6 times and left 2 messages. Have not had any contact or any follow up to explain where he was or an apology. Waste of 1.5 hours of my Saturday morning and extremly unprofessional. Would not recommend.
