Little Shop of Horrors

This automotive shop did not provide an estimate of costs prior to doing work. They were in no way authorized to spend hundreds of dollars in repairs but did so anyway. Additionally, they did work that was never requested in the first place and then lied about what had been ordered. They were arrogant, condescending and insulting. I would never go back here and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
