We have beautiful canvas from Spain, signed by the artist. Sadly this company, The Gallery destroyed the print by not framing it square (at 90 degrees on each corner). Attempted discussions with the owner, including having someone else try to mediate, went nowhere. We asked him to try to fix the mess, but he claimed it was not his problem and even refused to offer some sort of compensation so that we could go elsewhere to get it restored. We are now stuck with a damaged canvas. :-(
