Vernon Taxi

The driver of car 21 today was the worst cab driver I have had. Could use a brush up on manners. I always tip however he did not get one. BOO to him. I have never had issues with the drivers up until now.

We took a trip from Turtle Miuntain to Predator ridge and return. Our driver was Wayde. He was punctual, very courteous and a safe driver.

The driver was rude, unfriendly, and swore at me. I would never recommend this taxi service to anyone.

Penny the lady who is at dispatch is extremely rude. Hung up on me 3 times, demanding i lower my voice. Although i was speaking in a regular voice. I wouldnt be using them if there was another cab company in town.

Cancelled a cab for someone and the lady said he can walk or take the bus then hung up. Very rude, will never use this company.

I would NEVER tru...

I would NEVER trust this company in ANY situation. My 17 year old daughter hit black ice coming home from Sparkling Hill and we called this company at 12am to go and pick her up and the rude and unprofessional dispatch woman said ok 30 minutes. After 40 minutes we called back to see if the taxi was enroute, and the "woman" said they were too busy and it was too far out to go get her. I was completely shocked and kept pleading with her to please send a cab to get her and she hung up on me.

Psychotic cab driver #11 I witnessed cab #11 cut a woman off to the point where she was inches from being hit, she replied with a much needed honk at which point the cab driver slammed on his brakes so the woman had to stop before hitting him. The cab driver then proceeded to get out of his cab and verbally abuse this poor woman all while myself and a few other cars had to wait as this cabbie was parked in the middle of the street. At one point it seemed as if he was about to get physical and I thought I might need to intervene, at this point in time he left got back into his cab and then stopped at a green light so we all had to wait and then as the light turned red he turned right. The woman was 100 percent innocent and I'm sure and her baby that was in the back seat were quite rattled. I phoned Vernon Taxi to explain the situation and they were the most arrogant people I have ever spoken with during a phone call. They were not interested in doing anything about this, they even denied that they would speak with the driver about his actions and said it was not their problem to deal with. I will never take a cab with Vernon Taxi and I advise anyone who cabs in Vernon to do the same. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
