The first thing I liked about BC Hearing was the moment you walked in there was a friendly and smiling receptionist, a very welcoming feel to the office. The second thing was the Consultant named Tony, after my mom's hearing test, we were impressed with the testing procedure and Tony's expertise, knowlege and professionalism, he provided a very clear explanation of my mom's hearing loss. He patiently answered all our questions & concerns and recommended what product would best to help my mom, but at no time did we ever feel obilgated or pressured to purchase. If anything we left well informed and had a better understanding of my mom's type of hearing loss and what type of products are available to help her. Would definitley recommend this company.
