Burger King

Had three staff members working and they didn't give a crap about the customer service. I asked for a medium fries for $3.15 you get ten fries. I told them i wanted my money back and they tried to tell me it was a good deal. This was after waiting for 25 minutes in line to order this. Don't waste your time at this place. Total rip off and the wait time felt like a year off my life. The girl working the counter kept dissapearing. Good person to hire if you want to go bankrupt.

I was at this BK around 12:15 today, and the service and cleanliness was atrocious. I had 3 people in front of me in line, and it took me 20 minutes to even get my order in. Why? The person on the till kept leaving the till to bag orders, while 4 other people were doing food prep. The person directly in front of me in line wanted to speak to the manager, and got "Go ahead and talk to him" in a bitter tone, as she walked away from him. Is there a lower rating than 1?? :(

The floor cleaner is the cook - my stomach turned

The guy who did the cooking was the guy who was mopping the floor and stairs when I walked in - he didn't change his gloves after he put down the dirty mop and bucket to cook my food. When I walked up to the counter to order, there was girl in the back doing food prep, she took my order - she kept her gloves on while she rang me in at the cash register. She took my money and gave me change back all while keeping her gloves on. When she was done, she went back to prepping food at the back with the same gloves - a few minutes later she took the next persons order at the cash register with the same gloves on. I received my order and sat down with my food - the cook came out and started mopping again - he mopped for a minute then quickly went back to the kitchen and started cooking the next order (it took him three seconds to disappear from lobby and reappear in the kitchen - too quick for a glove change. Dirty and disgusting - not going to eat there again. It was rude.
