Hazmat Surveys, Asbestos Removal, and Mold Inspections Services by Certified® Asbestos Building Inspectors (AHERA®) We provide pre: purchase, renovation, and demolition hazardous materials (hazmat) surveys and consultation to property owners, employers, contractors and property management groups. We inspect structures to identify hazardous materials (eg: asbestos, lead, etc), collect samples to be analysed by an accredited lab and provide detailed reports/inventories of existing hazardous materials. This is a necessary first step to determine if abatement is required before renovations, repairs, or demolition can occur.     The attention to detail and the client care provided by the Dave and his crew was excellent. So professional and friendly that it prompts this, my first ever review of a service. While needing asbestos removal is a giant pain they made it the best possible experience and left the site in a clean and safe condition. They adjusted the work scope as needed and kept me informed at every turn. I'd 100% use them again.

    I found Canadian HAZ-MAT environmental LTd. very professional and dedicated to perform the task in the best way they can. The team is knowledgeable and very enthusiastic to perform the task in decent and precise way. I was very satisfied from the team performance. They did a good job and in a relative short time.
