They were able to explain everything in simple language and went above in beyond in their availability to answer my questions as they arose after the inspection. Canadian Sewage Solutions has consistantly been the best, most knowledgable company and has an engineer that can design and build a system from scratch or repair existing systems. Most companies will tell you that you need a new system when your system can often be repaired. Highly recommend Kelly and the entire team. Great people!

I received several quotes before going with CSS, I went with CCS as they were only company that designed a septic system that utilized the lay of the land to create something less expensive and more reliable than other proposals. Kelly came up with a system that didn’t require power, reducing the cost to install and to run, as well as making it more reliable (we lose power sometimes). Kelly and Stephen did great work and were a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them.

The final invoice was as quoted originally. The fine details were not overlooked. Great knowing a professional experienced Engineer designed the system. Professional machine operators. Courteous with neighbors. I would recommend them.

In 2012 we had another local engineering co., that was recommended to our Gen. Contractor, install a new septic sys as req'd for a new house build. Unfortunately, they sold us on a drip system, the only type of system they install. It took 10 months after we mvd back into the house to get it properly installed/ completed, which was only possible with the assistance of Cdn Sewage, who now provides our required annual sys maintenance. An honest & reliable company.

Wonderful service and thorough! They discovered the root of the issue (a broken pipe!), made sure to be careful of our neighbours pipes that are really close to ours, and came out on new years eve to help us out. Very knowledgeable, I was so pleased to see that the price was so reasonable for the time spent on the issue. Very personable to work with. So great to have such honest and hard working in our corner when an issue comes up. Will definitely call again if anything should happen again.

I wanted the owner to explain why the final bill was so much higher than I aniticpated and why he refused to honour what I was told verbally by the person in charge that day. I was going through a lot of personal difficulties at the time and he did not even call me once or mail me a reminder bill before sending me off to a collection agency which I also found quite offensive. If you do business with this company make sure you get a contract and understand how unanticipated costs will be charged
