    We were on vacation in Victoria when our service engine light came on. Since it is a Mini Cooper we needed a mechanic who knows how to work on European cars. The Mini dealer was booked but Frank’s got us in the next day! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day. Excellent service for a very reasonable price. We can now drive home safely. Thanks!

    I consider myself fortunate to have come across Frank's European Cars. Frank has taken exceptional care of my 1992 Mercedes 190E and my 2004 Jaguar X-Type for the past 6 years. I will only go to Frank for any and all my car servicing needs. I have yet to come across any other car service as honest and as knowledgeable as Frank's. He is compassionate about cars and empathetic about their owners. He knows what our cars mean to us. Thank you Frank.

    Frank is real about cars and does not wax poetic... He knows his stuff and is at home with what can be very obstinate vehicles (jags, mercs and other high end and complex eurocars) RB

    I have owned 2 jaguars and I trust frank to look after them , he almost always finishes work on my vehicles early and at the quoted price. He will continue to get my buisness

    IN SHORT, DO NOT TRUST WHAT FRANK SAYS!!!

    I called Frank to fix the thermostat in my 2006 Land Rover. I was quoted $545.00 and was assured that by bringing in my early in the week it would be ready by Sunday at the very latest so my wife could get over to Vancouver for medical test as because she is waiting for a LIVER TRANSPLANT. I was very careful to be clear that it was important that I have the \vehicle and keep on budget as we will be expecting some hard financial times ahead as result. "No worries mate!" was his reply, it's only takes a few hours. After not hearing anything I called on Friday to see how it was going. Frank told me he was having difficulty taking off the manifold and needed until Saturday. I told him this was fine and to call me on Sat as soon as it was ready. I took the day off work Saturday so I would be around to pick up the vehicle. I waited until 2pm because he was open until 3pm and didn't want to call earlier because you don't want to take a mechanic away from working on your car... Turns out Frank closed early Saturday and didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know. Now my wife has to rent a car to go over to Vancouver. When I called Frank on Monday he proceeded to tell me that my car was now ready and so was my bill for $740+ change!!! No call to get authorization to go over the quote or anything!!! When I went in to pay the bill he claimed to have call me on Friday. When I asked if he wanted to look at the call history on my phone so he could shoe me what number he called from, he declined. No apology, no explanation on why it cost almost $200 more. In short he will pretend to care to get your business but he in the end just gouges you after the fact and obviously does not care about repeat business. If you know Frank please feel free to tell him about this internet thing and what it can do for and to your business.
