    Hated how much de...

    Hated how much detail they wanted to know about my personal health. Which would not have effected general freezing or tooth fillings. When I did not want to disclose the dental assistant had the poor manners to tell me they would go to my Physician for my medical information. Appears she forgot for them to do so would require my signed consent for such info. Going to a new dentist now.

    My husband and I have had such great experiences with Parkway Dental that we decided to switch our kids over as well. All 3 loved going to the dentist to see Dr. Carson. The waiting area is lovely and the staff were all wonderful and patient with our kids ages 10, 6, and 3. We are thankful to have found Parkway and recommend this office to everyone!

    I had a very unpleasant experience at Parkway Dental. The chair I had my cleaning in was in a hallway. I was laying back in the chair having my mouth probed while strangers walked by my head. My appointment lasted 1.5 hrs, in which time the hygienist was only able to complete the cleaning of half of my teeth and asked me to come back for another appointment to do the other half. My return trip for the other half of my cleaning was only more frustrating. I do not recommend this practice.
