Our mission at WCG is simple: 'we care about creating a better world- one person, one job, one community at a time.'We began in 1995 as a small HR consulting company with a focus on providing on the job training for employees of small businesses. Our training focus quickly expanded to include the provision of recruiting and placement support for employers across all sectors. We work collaboratively with local, provincial and federal governments to develop and deliver successful employment programs.
