I went there today with 4 kids. The waitress was lovely and kind and I would love to leave a great review. But the service was terrible. The hostess looked like she was annoyed that we were even there (btw my kids were well behaved!) and this made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. So I tried to hurry, but the service was slow, I had to ask for napkins and my bill (after feeding 4 kids ice cream sundaes I want to get out of there just as fast as your hostess wanted us gone) our table wasn't cleared after we ate, 1/2 of it was, but I had to move the girls pirate packs out of the way for them. I don't ask for much but I left there feeling like I was somehow way less of a person than them. Which is not how the service industry is supposed to work. I've worked in it for 25 years!
