terrible customer relations would rather argue with their customers rather than owning up to their error and making a customer happy they would rather argue and loose business. you pay for your pawns and they will still sell your items without a courtesy call. They are money hungry. There are way better pawn shops in town that treat their customers with respect.

Have zero idea how to price properly. Claiming their items are cheaper than local stores down the road but CLEARLY not.
