I wish I could give this place ZERO stars... I'm sad that women come here to enjoy themselves and leave this place likely very upset considering the terrible reviews I wish I'd seen before I went.. I'm not sure if they even understand you or not, if they do then they just go ahead and do whatever they want.. because I wasn't asked what shape I even wanted my nails to be. They just went ahead and started grinding my natural nails away before I had a chance to tell them to stop.. I left CRYING

I walked in for a pedicure & I understand that they were a bit busy, but I feel like the lady who worked with me did a really hasty job with my toes. She rushed through the process, didn't even use base coat, didn't fully apply the colour to all of my nail, & when she did, she just applied topcoat straight away & didn't bother waiting for it to dry. As for their colour selection, I found that they had a wide selection of pinks & reds, but I was looking for a navy colour, which I couldn't find. Not only that, the ladies were busy talking in their own language, which wasn't what really bothered me. Overall, I don't think it's worth it if they're going to be careless with the whole process. I might just try some other place uptown.

Don't even bother making an appointment! Had to wait 40 minutes anyways. Service was decent.

The Envy of all other Nail Salon and Spas

I have been going to Envy Nails regularly for over the past 5 years, during this time they have expanded a number of times and keep adding new services and top quality chairs. After years of going to expensive "Spa's" where an eyebrow wax for a man can fetch an eye-watering 25-30 plus t&t it is refreshing to have a professional sculpt for under 10! I have had a number of services done here, gentleman's facial, message and nails all top notch and exactly the same service as you would expect at a fancy spa - Just like the one I used to go to in Desert Ranch in Scottsdale AZ

very poor quality

went for a shellac mani/pedi on a tuesday, was my first visit. i had an appt but apparently anyone can walk in and they dont turn anyone away. what resulted was a very very busy salon, not enough staff and poor quality/rushed service. the woman doing my mani left in the middle of the service and told me someone else would finish the job. She didnt say goodbye and the woman doing my sister's nails started working on mine at the same time! She would switch btw us when one of our nails was drying. I've had shellac french mani's before and this one comparitively is horrible, the tips are already chipping and it's been 2 days. Dont waste your time or money! It's more like a sweat shop rather than a relaxing salon!
