We took our car for a standard factory recall service for our keys. They were not even supposed to go under the hood. The next day our windshield wiper motor was making noise and moving slower. We checked our car before dropping it off as we have heard bad stories. We tried to file a complaint but have since been waiting. Today the motor completely gave out. We took it to a shop and even their staff says it looks like its been tamperd with! The general manager brushed us off about it today!

Worst experience ever. Went there to buy an SUV, found one that we liked. Took it for a test drive while the "boss" worked out a price. Guess what, the price went up by $6000. Apparently they had the price on the car marked wrong. They didn't even consider negotiating about the price. We would have paid cash right then and there. Guess they lost a good customer, going elsewhere. Have already 3 offers for the same SUV, same year and a third of the mileage this one had.
