Chris is a very nasty person. Terrible people skills, threatening attitude. Would give 1 star if I could.

They don't answer their phone messages or their emails. Always have an excuse why they don't deliver a parcel in the tracking information of not having a valid address.

I had to post a comment...I have no idea what the issue was with the two angry comments but MNC Courier is always EXTREMELY friendly and in the last year and a half I cant say Ive ever had a bad day there.

Horrible customer service from both the manager and their driver. DO NOT RECOMEND. If you want to deal with two people who are arrogant, rude, and totally unprofessional with their customer I suggest you do business with this company. If not, avoid this business at all costs!!!
