Fountain Tire

I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond

Received amazing service April 20,2019. Needed advice on possible tire damage due to an accident. The owner evaluated the problem and did a minor repair to ensure my car was drivable until repairs can be made. All with exceptional friendliness and free of charge. Will definitely return for future service! A big thank you!

Employee I dealt with was disinterested and wouldnt consider matching a competitors price on rear brake work. So I had work done at competitor. Have bought all my tires in past from Fountain Tire, but they have lost my future business. Seems like they dont care for the customer.
