H&R Block Year-Round Service

Sandra was a huge help with a very sensitive return for my deceased aunts estate. She made everything very clear and told me what I still had to do in order to finalize everything and made it very easy on me during a tough time .will definitely recommend Sandra to my friends and fam for all they're tax prep needs .she is an expert so can most likely handle any type of return in a very professional and polite way . do not want to use HR block for my taxes anymore, they ruined my both 2017 and 2016 taxes as they did not enter my tuition fees information and charged my $140 for that, now I have to do those years again and paying extra to some other tax payer.

I went to 3900 Grant.The office is chaotic and disorganized. The printers were mafunctioning and the staff could not help customers with procedural matters. They double booked appts. and everyone had to wait an inordinate amount of time. The fault of all the confusion and staff frustration results from staffs inability to get support from management for their numerous queries. Poor equipment and staff shortages abound! Ridiculously high fees without being able to give me a seniors discount.Awful

I love dealing with H&R Block. I have dealt with them for 5 to 6 years now and will continue to do so. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to all my friends. Kind Regards.
