    Terrible customer service. I was standing there for half an hour,,3 agent were supposed to serve customers, 1 of them dealing with customer, the other 2 on the phone for half an hour, one even didn’t talk, just holding the phone. Careless about people who were standing in line up. Never go to this place again.

    Service is awful at lagimodiere, Pembina and Mcphillips locations. Yes I have a lot of experience with these people. The staff are for the most part very unfriendly. Waiting times to fix a flat tire are in the 4+hour range. Don't be fooled. Kal Tire is not customer service oriented.

    Customer service at Kenaston store very poor when there is a problem caused by them. After 3 weeks of phone calls which were NEVER answered finally Fabian came to the rescue and got the part they lost and installed it that same day. Chris N tried to help one day but seemed to forget us.. Fabian was the only one out of several people we dealt with who followed through and solved our dilemma. Thank you Fabian. Sorry we won't be back j
