I had been a patient for many years and recently advised them that I needed to explore another office as I required Sat appointments (completely reasonable). When I had a recent dental emergency and contacted you about a possible fix, I was treated very rudely by the receptionist and advised that the dentist would 'look' at it but she couldn't guarantee that it would be fixed because she claimed it was a 'conflict of interest' (which its NOT).
