I haven't been to a dentist in 4 years. I saw Dr Shaw because I had a toothache. He identified which tooth and performed a painless root canal. He brought me back to place a crown which looks and feels like new. So happy I chose Westwood. Thank you

I tried calling them several times regarding a follow up appointment and kept getting the same answer. "I'll look into it and call you back" No one ever called back until I replied to an email they sent me about booking another appointment, took months. I cancelled my next appt. via their texting reminder they sent but they still called day of and asked if I was coming, left a voicemail, not once but twice within 5 mins. Terrible customer service!

Waited for a whole month for my appointment with Dr. Shah, and then the day they had to confirm it, they bumped without a good explanation for almost 2 more weeks of wait. Horrible customer service. Will never go back there.
