I ordered a new kitchen in February, and still nothing has been done. They will not take my calls, texts, emails. Do not use this company and make the same mistake I did

We sincerely apologize for the delay of your custom order. Due to COVID-19, there have been certain limitations placed on our business, and our manufacturer has had to adapt to many changes. I'm sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience trying to get in touch with our customer service team, that's not what we like to hear. We've listed our available hours more clearly on our website and on social media.
We were on a limited budget. Doing the research Lifestyle had the best construction, but they are ready to assemble which is confusing and time consuming. Make sure you have someone experienced to assemble & install. They arrive in boxes, some were chipped &scratched and with portions missing. It took a lot of time to resolve issues. They lack at customer service for sure. However, if you are on a limited budget, they do look nice when installed properly but not without major headaches!
We had a horrible experience with Lifestyles Kitchen. What was promised was not delivered. The installers work was not professional. Their customer service is not customer oriented. The time frame of their installation has been many months and is still not complete as of today. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
