I have never ever been treated so bad when going to a clinic as I did tonight when I took my son in. They were rude, and disrespectful. The Dr hardly listen to what I was saying instead kept belittling when talking to me. My son is special needs and he treated him so rough and hardly spoke to him at all. When he checked his throat and my son gag he would roll his eyes at him. I will never ever step foot in that clinic again. Horrible!!

Great clinic! Went in with my daughter after her being into many clinics with the doctors simply saying, "she has a cold there is nothing we can do." Waited approximately 5 mins at this clinic to get in with the doctor, after 2 mins he sent us to the hospital and said "I believe your daughter has pneumonia." My daughter did have pneumonia. Very friendly front desk and wonderful doctor.

poor manners

I've dealt with this clinic twice. While the wait time was short, and my health issues were taken care of efficiently, both the receptionist and doctor were severely lacking in manners. The first visit, the doctor came Into the room spewing a series of scripted, barely audible greetings, and when I tried to explain my symptoms, he repeatedly cut me off trying to finish the visit. He was in the room maybe 2 minutes total. On the other he did refer me to a specialist. The receptionist was quite condescending towards both my grandfather and myself. Today I called to inquire as to wether I could have the doctor send me for bloodwork to be tested for pregnancy. I explained that my family doctor could not take me until the end of may, and that I have already taken 4 urine tests showing negative, and have missed two consecutive periods. The receptionist told me to wait for my family doctor. She also asked me if the is my "first pregnancy" and said that if a urine test showed negative a blood test is obviously going to be negative as well. (this is very wrong). I asked if she could check with the doctor and she hung up on me. Not impressed with this clinic at all!
