We are the only firm in Newfoundland that focuses exclusively on this area of law, and all of our services are completed by Lynne Butler, BA LLB TEP, who has been working only in wills and estates for nearly 30 years.

This means we won’t charge you for things like faxes, phone calls, and copies. It also means that if your appointment takes longer than expected, you won’t be paying for the extra time.     After an initial consult I received a draft will and paid in full and then was not contacted again. Emails havr been left unanswered and their phone does not have a voicemail function.

    After a decade of legal research & misguided negligence by my lawyers. Lynne Butler on her blog was the only lawyer who ever gave me the information I needed, that SECRET filing on real properties was legal in Ontario. She is the most humane intelligent brilliant lawyer in Canada & although I lost my case due to the misconduct of my lawyer, I am forever grateful to Ms. Butler for helping me when no one else would.
