I called to ask questions about mixing paint and the employee on the phone made me feel like my business wasn't wanted so I chose a different company. Instead of saying, "We can't mix pant after (insert time)", he said, "Well, don't come in at (insert time) and be looking for paint". It is all about the approach for this customer, and his approach rubbed me the wrong way.
