Very much improved customer service. Staff stated they have hired more employees to address service needs. Thank you for taking steps to better improve busing in Halifax.
Like everyone else, just getting a busy signal. Been calling for hours.
I have been trying to call since Friday of last week and can not get anything but a busy signal. I need answers before I send my children to school tomorrow, September 5th. Your service sucks.
