On June 10, 2021 a technician came to look at our garage door that wasn't working. They came and spent about 15 minutes wiggling wires and said that it was the motherboard. They charged us $144.64 for the visit and the diagnosis (which was incorrect). Through further investigation that was NOT the problem.
