We have purchased a lot of products in the past, building a home and was returning product and ordering more. Well they tell you go around the back to return (line up) 1hour waiting then go in and place your order and get your credit after waiting another 2 hours… only 1 person in the back obviously under staffed…. Not very impressive

SECOND PART exchange it for another product and I do not need a refund, I was denied this, and they spoke to me in a disgusting, mocking and humiliating form. And when I said that if so, then I won’t come here anymore, they told me that you can leave here and forget the court road, I think it’s just disgusting and humiliating.

They were extremely helpful in picking out beautiful tile over the phone during business shut downs when I couldn't get into the show room. In person they are very attentive once it's your turn, they truly focus on one person at a time. Be patient, ask and reap the rewards of excellent service and attention! As a plus, if you want to just browse, they will let you be and not harass you!

I have been to this location with my mom three times in the past few weeks. Each time renting and returning samples to help decide which flooring would be best for my moms laundry room and kitchen. Tim has been there two of the three times and was such a great help (One other person helped as well). His knowledge and opinion has been so valuable to us and I really appreciate the time he spent. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for flooring. Great work team at Tile Master Barrie!

Being as I am limited to how much I can write, I will keep this short and sweet. Dealing with Andrew when picking up my tiles was a horrible experience. He is so abrupt and interruptive. He has horrible people skills. He shouldn’t even have a job there. I am thankful for Scott and Chris as they salvaged the pickup and maintained professionalism. For them I am thankful. I can’t imagine what it’s like for those guys. I feel bad for them having to deal with that everyday.

Went in yesterday to select materials for a renovation project. Very helpful staff in a beautifully presented store.

I have been in this location several times and not once did anyone acknowledge my presence. They are usually too busy talking to eachother behind the counter or dusting the displays.
