The woman on hand...
The woman on hand at the store was rude and condescending towards my husband who had gone in for a pricing on our wedding set. She insulted him by calling him a liar when he stated how much we had paid for our rings, told him his wedding band was scrap, tossed it on the counter and then "dismissed" him by turning her back on him. Appalling customer service!

We are very sorry to hear of your bad experience. Were you there to witness this event, because it sounds like a second hand review? This situation dose not sound familiar at all.
