    Dr. Pannu is abrasive and made our dog extremely anxious. She falsified written information following a procedure that went wrong after we filed a complaint. Our dog went in for an ultrasound and blood work and ended up in the ER on oxygen for 35 hours at OUR expense! We also found out the same sedative and dose that caused a reaction last time that Dr. K explicitly documented in the clinical file NEVER to use again was used AGAIN by Dr. P coupled with their negligence they caused a crisis!

    I highly recommend Northpoint Veterinary because Dr. Mandeep and his staff are amazing. Truly very caring, kind, and very passionate at what they do. My dog dislocated his hip and Dr. Mandeep came to the rescue. We will forever be grateful. Words cannot express our appreciation. Thank you once again to Dr. Mandeep and his staff. from The Pavons

    The staff at Northpoint are very professional and friendly. I brought in my 11 year old Rocky who was very sick. Dr Kauldhar took the time to explain me the treatment plan and he was in hospital for 2 days. Both doctors went over and above my expectations. I am very pleased with the service provided and will highly recommend this hospital for your furry friends.

    So disappointed I was given a quote to neuter my cat but when i went to drop him off for surgery it was about $150 more then they quoted me...... NOT IMPRESSED and on top i got ATTITUDE from the employee, like it was my problem. Not nice to treat people this way its hard enough having a pet with the cost then its increased without your consent. BRUTAL
