Horrible customer service. Doesn’t allow customer to choose what they want. The owner was rude and yelling at me. Will never shop there again. Shouldn’t even be in business.
BEWARE !! OVERPRICED AND OWNER KARLOS IS A VERY RUDE MIDGET..... HE LIVES IN A VERY SMALL WORLD THAT HAS ALLOWED HIM TO GROW INTO THE 5 FOOT MAN HE IS TODAY..... REALLY WERID GUY THOUGHT HE HAD A LEARNING DISABILITY AS HE WAS TRYING TO FIGHT .... VERY OVER PRICED SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

If you enjoy being yelled at, this is the place for you. This would have to be my single worst customer experience in 35 years of shopping. The lady at the check out counter is very very nice, but she is not making the decisions. If any disagreement arises during your transaction, resolution will likely be very stressful.
Every purchase/visit comes free with a bad attitude and if you're lucky, a 20 minute tirade.
As others have said, absolutely the worst service experience I have ever had. Expect to be yelled at, redirected multiple times, yelled at a few more times, and made to feel like your business is an inconvenience to them.
It is literally shocking to experience firsthand.
Go literally anywhere else and you'll be better off.

Me and my wife were looking to replace the stone on our fireplace and ended up going with Eldorado Stone which we purchased at Kar-Los. The lady behind the counter was so helpful, allowing us to take the sample boards off the display home so my wife could get a better idea of the colour in our own surroundings. We did this more than once and when we finally decided, she helped us figure out all the supplies we would need to finish the job. Very professional and patient, it made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!

If you are dealing with Carl she is a sweetheart and genuinely cares about her customers. They are open year round and have everything for your home from, lumber, windows, doors, drywall. electrical, plumbing, mouldings, paint, tools and much, much more.
