Terrible! They don't sing happy birthday bc they're short staffed?! And they charge an extra $2.95 for litterally a tablespoon of pudding and 2 worms for a child! Considering you couldn't even acknowledge a 5yr olds bday, the pudding should have been free. Awful ??
I wouldn't even rate this BP a 1. I went in tonight with my husband to get dessert and a coffee. We sat in the bar area we waited 10 minutes no one came to our table so we got up and walked out it was not very busy at the time. I'm very disappointed as I worked for BP for several years and no this is totally unacceptable.
Literally got up and left because they didnt bring the food out for 2 hours!
Best sort of place ever great food and kind of good staff
My friends and I are always going out for drinks and food. We’re big fans of sports, and Boston Pizza is the best environment for entertainment purposes. We treat Boston pizza more like a sports bar, and go out with friends more often. The food there is amazing and sometimes you just want to go there to eat with your family or girlfriend. For that they have a separate restaurant side which is more of a family type more calm not a sports bar environment. The service at this location can be very slow at times, but I don’t blame the employees, because it is very busy at this location and the staffs do their best to serve us. The food here is great from the appetizers, salads to the full dinner dishes. I am in love with the nachos here they load it up, and it taste just right. The salad never tastes fresher and makes you want more. My favorite dish is the Thai chicken bites. It fills you up and the chicken is sauced up and cooked well done, which makes it taste really good. Overall I have been going to Boston Pizza for many years and would recommend this restaurant to people who love watching sports and eating and drinking at reasonable prices, also for families. Boston pizza also holds parties for large number of people, and I would recommend you to celebrate your next birthday there. It will be a very reasonable price and the service and food is great.
I've never had a problem with this location. Been here several times. The service is not great and needs improvement but the food is always very good.
It amazes me that this place is still open. The managers has no customer service skills. I ordered a pizza to go. We waited 20 mins. I had to ask the girl at the front desk if my food was ready. She said "oh ya..I forgot..". It had been ready for at least 5 mins. I opened it up to verify that it was the right order. I order a baja pizza. It was supposed to have corn, red peppers, onions, green peppers and mozzarella. The only thing on this pizza was mozzarella, corn and 2 tiny pieces of red pepper. I asked for the manager. He tried to tell me this was standard. I have had this at other locations and it looked nothing like this. He then says "I will have them put on more toppings for you". We waited another 15 mins.. You would think that they would just re-make the pizza! We ended up with cold pizza, with more corn and a few red peppers. They did absolutely nothing to it. If my husband was not so hungry, I would have asked for my money back. Unbelievable!
Myself and two girlfriends stopped by Boston Pizza to have a drink. No one was a the front to greet, or seat us. We were directed to our seats by two security guys !!! Probably the worst part of the whole experience is how totally dirty the place was !!! We were afraid to touch the table. The menus were gross and sticky. We had to ask to have our table wiped-down, and when it was wiped, they used a stinky musty rag !!! It was disgusting. Oh, and before we even got to that point, we sat about 10 minutes without seeing a waiter, so we had to flag down our own !!! Wow, this place has gone waaaaaay down hill.
the waiter is awful. some really fat dude. food is good, they ask if u like cheese on your bread, but DONT tell you that its going to cost extra 1.75$ for that.. are u insane?!
This pasta is amazing!, half orders are also available so very resonably priced. We sat in the bar area, and the only improvment would have been the waitress, 2 of us joined 4 of our friends already there and we had to find the waitress, and then the waitress had to ask us what we had ordered as she didn't know how many drinks we had or what we ordered...(isn't that her job?) but usually when we sit on the dining side, much better service in terms of the wait staff. Food is very tasty and affordable!
The Tuscan Pizza was outstanding and I firmly believe that it was the best pizza that I have ever had. The waitresses were extremely friendly and enthusiastic about their job. Can't wait to return again.
The pizza is awful, it tasted like it was partially frozen, never again! I will stick to italian restaurants only for pizza
