Almost 80 & legally blind. My 2016 hearing aids were useless. The company replaced them last year but failed to give me necessary info about the batteries. Soon after, I could not use the new pair either. Jill told me that I could trade them in and buy a new pair for $3,700. Due to my poor health, I had to reschedule my appoint. twice. Today, I went in & was shocked at the rude, scornful, snotty & contemptuous attitude of the owner. Shame! She did not even respect my age. A.K., EdD
