    BC Tirecraft is a great Autoshop! Brian is always honest with me about repairs and is always helping to save me a couple bucks. Being a woman with limited Knowledge of Cars, i was happy to find BC Tirecraft where the service has always been honest and exceptional.

    VERY BAD SERVICE! VERY RUDE!

    Brian stated that I need spark plugs, a vapor hose and an oil change $390+tax. He explained that he BROKE the vapor plug when he was trying to get to the spark plugs and he was going to charge 200+tax to repair. I called him asking why I should pay for the damage he made and he rudely argued with me stating that "it's not his problem," and hung up on me I strongly believe that he treated me this way because I am a female.

    Brian is ready to help, knowledgeable, and good at helping you understand what needs to be done. He is great at breaking down what needs to be done but also tells you what can wait or not worry about. I have been taking our 1 car to him for years and have only had good experiences. His turn around is quick too.
