Worst place Please avoid if you care about your health

An unprofessional act by Miss Mamta(Working at the Front desk at Dusk Pharmacy). Today, I went to the pharmacy on behalf of my brother who is ill. My brother was suffering from an illness and sent me to take the prescription on behalf of time. In noon, he received a call from the Dusk team regarding his prescription is ready and he can come and pick it up anytime before 6 pm. As I am a working , I directly reached at the pharmacy at 5:54 pm and ask Miss Mamta if the prescription is ready. She t

Yesterday, I went there. The doctor was so rude, he does not have manners to talk with the patient. I am shocked that I spend $65 he did not spend even 30 seconds on my check-up, I think maybe he was more interested to continue his chatting with the staff members instead of doing his job. I just want to suggest to them, if they do not like their job, please stay at their home don't waste your time and the time of the people who visit there.

I had some good experiences here in 3 visits. Pharmacist has great knowledge of medications. He knew that a med will interact with my other med, and that could have been life threatening. the doctor didn't know about the interaction even though I mentioned what meds I was taking. Secondly, one of the doctor was in rush and talking to me without even looking at me! Dr. Syed was great. He listens and explains. But other doctors need to be more careful, especially when patient has serious disease.

The doctor addressed all issues that I had and really cares about his patients.

A place where customer service is put into practice, staff really care about your needs, doctors are very empathic to your pain, they listen and give feed back without a hurry. Never going back to any other walking clinic this is the place.
