I live in Georgetown, and I drive to this particular Swiss chalet because the food is always hot and fresh! The service is also very attentive. The Swiss Chalet in Georgetown could learn a thing or two from this location! Keep up the great work!
It was our first time at Montana's so we didn't expect much.

Service horrible - a young girl who didn't aknowledge us for 45 min and she didn't have that many tables. On top, she took orders for ppl who came in after us, before she even said hi to us!
We had to flag a manager who then sent this girl over - she never apologized.
Food came late as well and she forgot to bring the water I had asked for.
I mentioned the ocassion, my birthday and we didn't get the special.
I do hope it was an one-off, bc my daughter really liked the Moose and she wants to be back.
we really loved the food , though the service wasnt to our liking the waitress took long to take our order and it was long before we got our food. other then that the place is very clean the atmosphere was great and the staff are friendly. i would recommend everyone to go there . they just opened so i guess the server was new . when we asked for our leftover food to be put in a container so we could bring it home. the server did a great job at that. we love it there and we are going back soon.
