My family and I are big fans of 1st Choice...

My family and I are big fans of 1st Choice Kitchen. We really like the food and the service there. The previous writer who talked about Lotus Chicken Rice has no idea what they are talking about. We've never seen "Chicken Lotus Wrap" on the menu. We order the Lotus Seafood Rice Wrap (which is supposed to be made with steamed rice) instead. It's delicious and highly recommended. If you want dim sum sticky rice, order the Sticky Rice Wrap.

The place was really nice, but the food was horrible. They didn't even use the traditional sticky rice for the Lotus chicken rice. Instead, regular white rice was used.

We are from the United States and visit family in Burlington a few times a year. We will certainly return to this restaurant for Dim Sum and to try other dishes. The service was fast,the server was very friendly, and the restaurant was extremely clean. Very nice atmosphere.

the food was excellent, i love the little silver...

the food was excellent, i love the little silver trays that the food comes out on. the soup confused me at first, but tasted good. perhaps you should consider normal spoons? the one i recieved was tricky. they waitor did not warn us that the plates were very hot and we could have been severly injured, all that aside this is the best restaurant in burlington. i mean if its good enough for bubbles and bears then who isnt it good enough for?

An absolutely fabulous restaurant. The taste was amazing and the price was very resonable. Never seen other Chinese restaurants would spent the time on the presentations on the plate like this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice. I would recomend this excellent dining experience.
