Waited over 3 weeks for a Saturday appointment time...dropped truck off 15mins early and was told it would be 1hour or so. Returned 1:10 mins later and receptionIst said “wow, that Canyon been done for a long time”...I paid in full $158.14...and was given keys back, went out to truck and noticed it seems to be in exact same spot, and unwashed (I was a returning customer). Drove home, (35minutes) and then had a look underneath vehicle...never was touched!!...just paid near $160 to park my vehice

Worst place you can ever go to deal with a business owner does not understand how to run a business He put the wrong cap on my truck and let me leave with it and I said thats how people order them

Took my new SUV for rust proofing and had a terrible experience. Can not recommend this place and will never return to this location. An employee opened the sunroof (not sure why) and it was left slightly open when they washed the car. When I drove home, water came pouring into the car from the ceiling and through the overhead light fixture. I called them and they did not care. No offers to help and not even a call from the manager to say sorry. Terrible place.

Got my line x spray on bed liner done at Krown/Line-X on Plains road in Burlington today and say enough how impressed I was with everyone from the installer to the owner. Special note of thanks to the receptionist (my apologies) for putting my mind at ease throughout the entire process. I live more than 2 hours from here Abd will definitely return to have the new vehicle rust proofed here.
