I was treated as a true royalty. Jill and Steve were amazing, great customer service and great help. My dog chewed both of my glasses and they replaced themno questions asked. I will always come back to Jill and Steve at this location. Thanks to the both of you
Cheap for a reason I guess. Same pair broke twice in the same place. Replaced with new frame which 'optician' insisted was the best frame. (even though I wanted a pair which was about $50.00 more) Obviously now, he made more commision on cheaper pair. When trying them on, I notice a 30 'Customer satisfaction Guarantee' When I finally got hold of the guy to tell him a) they're too heavy b) they hurt my ears c) they've already been adjusted by the store mgr. He just instisted on arguing every point telling me I'm wrong, they're not too heavy, the mgr doesn't know what she's doing and the satisfaction sign just happened to be missing. BE WARE!!! CHEAP FOR A REASON
